    Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of our local business. You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, take care of data entry into various software, assist our sales agents, and assist us with other operations as needed. Responsibilities: • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties • Float to fill in at other office locations as needed • Complete Daily Data Entry tasks with accuracy • Monitor transactions for compliance Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Must be comfortable on Windows-based computers • Must have good handwriting • Must be able to handle repetitive tasks • Excel and Word experience helpful • Canva experience helpful • Must be able to effectively multitask Compensation: $14.50 - $15 hourly
