Your primary job will be to serve as the first point of contact with all clients, providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include increasing agent productivity by creating and following office protocols, data entry, maintaining files, answering phone calls, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Job seekers should have superb organizational skills, and be detail-oriented and self-motivated. Full-time position eligible for medical, dental, retirement, sick time & PTO, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties • Open and close office and maintain an orderly reception area • Answer phones and properly route calls • Greet and interact with clients and agents in a friendly and professional manner • CRM management • Data-entry • Maintain digital files • Utilize templated marketing materials • Receive and sort mail/deliveries Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Self-motivated and a proactive problem solver • Detail-oriented • A positive client first mindset • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for clients • Ability to work closely with a team and cross-departmentally to provide support for customers Compensation: $18 - $24 hourly
