Responsibilities: • Nurture and grow the office • Actively recruit experienced agents • Enthusiastically promote the use of our Title, Mortgage, and Insurance Affiliates • Set goals with your agents and coach them to meet those goals • Lead by example, conduct your business with the adoption of the company's Mission Statement as a guide • Promote personal growth and knowledge through attendance at company Masterminds and Training • Attend leadership meetings • Promote community involvement • Coach agents to excel • Maintain a healthy profit and loss statement Qualifications: • An existing New Jersey Real Estate Broker's License is preferred, or must be willing to obtain one immediately • Proven Success in Recruiting Real Estate Agents is essential • A self-starter • A willingness to learn and stay up to date on market trends and technology • Proven success in personal Real Estate Sales • Enjoying Coaching agents in business development • Technology Savy • A Team Player • A Servant Leader Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus
