Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Administrative Support: Masterfully manage schedules, calendar invites, emails, and office coordination. • Tech Tools: Confidently navigate Google Drive, Dropbox, CRMs, Canva, email and text campaign platforms, and more. • Marketing Content: Create and strategize content for newsletters, social media, and agent campaigns. Keep engagement fresh, consistent, and on-brand. • Customer Service: Be a warm, knowledgeable point of contact for our agents, clients, and vendors. • Onboarding Training: Help onboard new agents and team members, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience. • Recruiting Support: Assist leadership with recruiting efforts through outreach, follow-up, and creative marketing. • Event Coordination: Plan, prep, and execute office events, meetings, and community involvement initiatives. • Learning Adapting: Stay up-to-date on the latest tools, tech, and trends in real estate and admin systems.
