This leadership role is essential to ensuring our real estate office runs smoothly and successfully supports our agents, clients, and stakeholders. Compensation: • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually • Benefits: Paid time off, bonus opportunities, and health stipend available Responsibilities: • Office Operations Management: Build and maintain systems for transaction coordination, financial management, client communication, and internal office workflows to streamline real estate transactions and administrative processes. • Transaction Oversight: Oversee all real estate transaction processes, including contract management, due diligence, lease tracking, and closing procedures. • Client & Agent Support: Act as the key liaison between agents, clients, investors, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management. • Financial Management: Assist with managing budgets, accounts payable, commission tracking, and financial reporting, contributing to the financial health of the business. • Marketing & Business Development: Support marketing initiatives, including lead generation strategies, and track ROI to ensure efficient business development. • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize operational processes, develop systems manuals, and train team members on internal systems and best practices. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate office management or a similar role. • Exceptional organizational skills and project management abilities. • Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes, including leasing, property management, and contract negotiations. • Strong financial management and budgeting skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
