Compensation: • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually • Benefits: Paid time off, bonus opportunities, and health stipend available Responsibilities: • Office Operations Management: Develop and maintain systems for transaction coordination, financial management, client communication, and internal workflows to enhance efficiency in real estate transactions and administrative tasks. • Transaction Oversight: Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including contract management, due diligence, lease tracking, and closing procedures. • Client & Agent Support: Serve as the primary liaison among agents, clients, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management. • Financial Management: Support budget management, accounts payable, commission tracking, and financial reporting to promote the business's financial health. • Marketing & Business Development: Assist with marketing initiatives and lead generation strategies while tracking ROI to drive effective business development. • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to optimize operational processes, create systems manuals, and train team members on best practices. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate office management or a related field. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. • In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, including leasing, property management, and contract negotiations. • Strong financial management and budgeting expertise. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
