At Limitless Real Estate, we are seeking a motivated Real Estate Office Manager to oversee daily operations, manage multiple transactions, and optimize systems for improved efficiency. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring our office runs smoothly and effectively supports our agents, clients, and stakeholders. Compensation: • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually • Benefits: Paid time off, bonus opportunities, and health stipend available Responsibilities: • Office Operations Management: Develop and maintain systems for transaction coordination, financial management, client communication, and internal workflows to enhance efficiency in real estate transactions and administrative tasks. • Transaction Oversight: Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including contract management, due diligence, lease tracking, and closing procedures. • Client & Agent Support: Serve as the primary liaison among agents, clients, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management. • Financial Management: Support budget management, accounts payable, commission tracking, and financial reporting to promote the business's financial health. • Marketing & Business Development: Assist with marketing initiatives and lead generation strategies while tracking ROI to drive effective business development. • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to optimize operational processes, create systems manuals, and train team members on best practices. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate office management or a related field. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. • In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, including leasing, property management, and contract negotiations. • Strong financial management and budgeting expertise. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
