Responsibilities: • Oversee daily office functions, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment • Assist the broker with administrative and operational tasks • Act as a primary point of contact and resource for agents, helping them navigate office processes and systems • Manage compliance by reviewing transaction documents and ensuring all required paperwork is properly filed • Process commissions accurately and in a timely manner • Schedule and coordinate brokerage events, trainings, and team meetings • Maintain office inventory, order supplies, and ensure the space remains organized and professional • Support agent onboarding, making sure new team members have the tools and resources they need to succeed • Assist with basic marketing and listing management tasks as needed Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related field • Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Real estate license is a bonus Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
