Job Description: The Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the brokerage. This individual will be cross-trained in all operational aspects of the company, with a strong focus on transaction coordination, listing coordination, phone management, and overall brokerage support. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in transaction coordination , ensuring all contracts and documents are accurately processed and submitted in a timely manner. • Support listing coordination , including MLS entry, marketing materials, and communication with clients and agents. • Handle phone calls and correspondence , providing excellent customer service to clients, agents, and vendors. • Assist with office operations, supplies, and scheduling as needed. • Assist with compliance and document management to ensure brokerage adherence to legal and regulatory standards. • Provide administrative support to agents and leadership, including preparing reports and maintaining records. • Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions. • Take on ad hoc projects and other operational duties as needed to support the brokerage. Qualifications: • Previous experience in real estate operations, transaction coordination, or administrative support preferred. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and real estate-related software (e.g., MLS, Dotloop, Outlook, etc.). • Customer-service oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Compensation: $38,000 - $40,000 yearly
