    A high-producing real estate agent within our Firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Coordinator to assist with administrative, marketing, and transaction support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands real estate processes, and is eager to contribute to a growing business. A real estate license is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: • Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, email management, and general organization to ensure smooth daily operations. • Transaction Coordination: Assist with preparing, reviewing, and submitting offers, contracts, and other real estate documents. • Client Assistance: Schedule showings, open doors for renters, and facilitate communication with clients, lenders, and other parties. • Marketing & Lead Generation: Manage social media, create and distribute marketing materials, update MLS listings, and assist with email campaigns. • Database & CRM Management: Maintain and update client and prospect databases, track follow-ups, and organize leads. • Market Research: Pull comps, prepare reports, and gather relevant property information. • Errands & Miscellaneous Tasks: Drop off checks, pick up documents, and assist with other ad hoc duties as needed. Qualifications: • Real estate license (preferred but not required). • Experience in real estate, administrative support, or marketing. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Reliable transportation for in-person tasks when needed. Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
