We’re a successful, growing real estate team looking for a reliable, thoughtful Operations Manager to help us stay on track, build strong internal processes, and ensure everything behind the scenes flows smoothly. You’ll be a key player in our success, helping manage transactions, streamline workflows, and make sure the team has what it needs to thrive. Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations, including transaction support, listing coordination, and general team logistics • Build and improve systems, checklists, and processes to keep the business running efficiently • Oversee and support administrative staff or virtual assistants (if applicable) • Act as a trusted partner to the lead agent, helping execute plans and implement big ideas • Track and report on team goals, timelines, and key performance indicators • Coordinate marketing tasks, events, and special projects as needed • Ensure an outstanding client experience with thoughtful communication and follow-through Qualifications: • 2+ years of administrative or operations experience (real estate experience is a big plus!) • Familiar with CRMs like Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or similar, and comfortable with Google Workspace • Strong communication and organization skills—you like getting things done and done well • Able to manage multiple moving parts without feeling overwhelmed • Comfortable with light project management and tech tools like Asana or Trello • Someone who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to learn or ask questions • A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to grow Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
