You’ll work hand-in-hand with management to ensure smooth transactions, keeping our closings on track, managing MLS listings, and organizing contracts. Take charge of back-end house-flipping operations, scheduling contractors, overseeing staging, and bringing properties to life. Responsibilities: • Work closely with the management team to align operational goals with overall business strategy. • Schedule and coordinate contractors, stagers, and photographers for renovation projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. • Create and update MLS listings in the database and oversee the marketing materials for each listing, including social media posts, photography, signage coordination, brochure drop off, and any other necessary materials • Act as the liaison between clients, agents, and attorneys to facilitate seamless communication and resolution of issues. • Maintain accurate records of contracts, transaction documents, and compliance paperwork. Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary problem-solving skills, communication, and time management skills • Proven experience in real estate operations, transaction coordination, or a similar role. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently, while being a team player. • Experience with house flipping, including contractor coordination and staging, is a plus. • Bachelor's degree required. Compensation: $45,000-$65,000
