    Real Estate Brokerage Loan Brokerage Operations Manager/Executive Assistant The Operations Manager/Executive Assistant will oversee the daily operations of the brokerage while providing executive-level support to the Broker and assisting with the loan processing workflow. This role combines administrative support, operational oversight, and transaction coordination for real estate agents, along with facilitating loan application processes, ensuring documentation compliance, and expediting loan closings. Cross-training availableKnowledge of real estate and/or loan processing procedures, contracts, and complianceExcellent communication skills with attention to detail in both written and verbal communicationsExperience with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and ThreadsAbility to participate in company-paid travel twice per year for training events Compensation: $52,000 - $88,800 yearly
