We’re a high-performing, family-run real estate team in Atlanta seeking a detail-driven, proactive Operations Manager to support our CEO and lead the day-to-day operations of our growing business. You’ll manage our systems, people, and processes—freeing our leadership to focus on growth and client care. This is a dynamic, high-trust role for someone who loves structure, thrives behind the scenes, and brings calm to chaos. This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm with some nights and weekends as needed. Responsibilities: • Manage and lead a team of 3+ virtual assistants • Own listing and showing workflows from pre-list to close • Oversee database cleanup, tagging, and 36 Touch execution • Coordinate vendor scheduling and internal communications • Track listings, leads, and timelines across platforms • Run client gifting, referral programs, and team giveaways • Support the CEO with calendar, project, and admin tasks Qualifications: • 2–5+ years in real estate or a real estate-adjacent ops role • Strong communicator with top-notch organizational skills • Experience managing virtual or remote teams • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM, MLS, Canva, etc.) • Calm under pressure and adaptable in fast-paced environments • Loves building systems and following through • Professional, trustworthy, and people-first Compensation: $53,000 - $62,500 yearly
