Responsibilities include building, implementing, and overseeing multiple systems to become the go-to expert on people, efficiency, and systems within the organization. The ideal candidate strategically uses systems as tools, balancing problem-solving with timely execution. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and nurturing relationships with vendors. Committed to empowering the Team Leader for elevated success. This full-time position offers a mix of in-office and remote work opportunities. The work schedule typically spans Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening and weekend commitments. Compensation Package includes an Annual Salary, Bonus, PTO, and Healthcare Stipend. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage various systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support • Supervise all contracts throughout the closing process, reviewing contracts and listing documents for accuracy and completion • Establish and update an Operations Manual that comprehensively documents all systems and standards for the rainmaker • Manage the rainmaker's daily schedule effectively • Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries or complaints • Take charge of recruiting, training, advising, and ensuring accountability among additional administrative team members Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills- excellent spelling, grammar • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Concerned about doing things the right way • Calm under pressure - Think like a problem solver! • Learning-based • Service-based attitude • Proven ability to succeed Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
