Qualifications: • Proven experience in the real estate industry or equivalent experience. • Licensed real estate professional is required. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in MLS systems and real estate software is a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED.
