    We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to assist us in organizing and managing our daily operations. You will be in charge of the company's operational procedures and personnel, ensuring that they are well-coordinated and productive. You'll be in charge of evaluating the effectiveness of business operations and identifying areas for improvement and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Manage the operational processes to ensure that our customers such as Residents, Vendors, Buyers, Sellers, & Investors have a great experience that exceeds their expectations • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure that company-wide operations are running smoothly • Maintain complete knowledge of the company's inner workings, policies & procedures • Foster relationships with the Resident & Investor community to help improve customer satisfaction • Assist the team with all aspects of tenancy relationship, building management, and task management • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed of progress reports • Act as an escalation point of contact for complaints or questions from Residents and Investors and respond in a timely manner Qualifications: • At least 5 years of prior Real Estate Management experience (management and sales) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • People and soft skills are a must • Excellent time management skills • Ability to work with limited supervision, taking initiative when necessary • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Technologically savvy; proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Compensation: $5 - $7 hourly
