The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and grows sustainably while embodying these core values. This is a full-time, in-office/hybrid position. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Compensation: Base salary of $50,000–$60,000, with performance-based bonuses and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities: • Operational Excellence: Manage and refine operational systems, including database and CRM tools, ensuring workflows are streamlined and efficient. • Team Leadership: Oversee virtual assistants and support team members in achieving their productivity goals. • System Optimization: Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents workflows and ensures consistency. • Client & Transaction Support: Coordinate the preparation of listing materials and ensure transaction workflows run smoothly while maintaining exceptional client care. • Growth Support: Work closely with Abbie Nadolny to design and implement operational systems that support the team’s expansion into new business ventures and improve overall efficiency. • Financial Organization: Assist with organizing financial records and processes to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and support for informed decision-making. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Key Qualities: • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. • Leadership & Accountability: Confident in managing people and systems, with a knack for motivating others to meet high standards. • Tech-Savvy Innovator: Proficient in CRM platforms, Slack, and general operational tools, with the ability to learn and implement new systems quickly. • Marketing Proficiency: Experience in managing social media platforms and coordinating marketing campaigns to support team branding and visibility. • People-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with a dynamic team of sales agents and support staff. Experience & Skills: • Proven experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role (real estate experience preferred but not required). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Comfort with occasional client-facing responsibilities.
