Responsibilities: Team Leadership: • Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of real estate agents and support staff. • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Operational Excellence: • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and systems. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. • Streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks to maximize productivity. • Oversee the management of property listings, including marketing, pricing, and showings. • Coordinate with property management teams to ensure smooth transitions and tenant satisfaction. Financial Management: • Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure financial health. • Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities. • Monitor revenue and expense trends to inform strategic decision-making. Client Relations: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate process. Legal and Compliance: • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Oversee contract negotiations and documentation. • Manage risk and mitigate potential legal issues.
