Full-time role located in Lake Oswego, OR, with occasional evenings and weekends. Competitive compensation package: base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the team’s efficiency, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting our continued growth. Your responsibilities will include: • Operations Management : Streamlining and managing all administrative and operational functions, ensuring the team operates seamlessly and efficiently. • Systems & Process Improvement: Actively enhance workflows for transaction coordination, lead tracking, and database management to improve efficiency. • Communication and Support : Act as a central hub for team communication, ensuring all administrative functions are completed with precision and timeliness. • Project Management : Leading large-scale initiatives, from listing process enhancements to marketing strategy evaluations. Execute operational initiatives to streamline team processes. • Client and Vendor Coordination : Directly handle interactions with clients and vendors to maintain exceptional service. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For We are seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented professional who: • Has 3-5 years of experience in operations or administrative roles (real estate experience preferred but not required). • Demonstrates strong technical proficiency in CRMs, project management tools, and modern technology solutions like AI. • Thrives in a collaborative yet independent environment. • Brings a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and process improvement. • Can communicate effectively, build trust, and manage relationships with both clients and team members. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
