    We are currently seeking a STAND OUT dedicated and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team and drive our projects and operational processes to success. This person will be excited for the opportunity to develop and grow within the company with potential to earn a leadership role. The Operations Specialist will serve as the right-hand person to the CEO/Broker, executing the details on strategic projects and operational support. This role requires a high level of discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing special projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects and enjoys improving processes. This is a less than full time role in person, between 20-30 hours per week. Compensation commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: Executive Support: • Execute day-to-day operational tasks on behalf of the CEO/Broker. • Prepare reporting and research to the broker regarding high-impact decisions and company growth. • Act as an extension of the CEO/Broker and information funnel, filter, and facilitator with internal and external relationships. • Lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are delegated and executed on behalf of the CEO/Broker. • Act as the point of contact for the CEO/Broker's direct reports to keep processes streamlined for HR-related tasks. • Triage all incoming requests for the CEO/Broker's office and work collaboratively to ensure his time is aligned with the priorities of the organization. • Prepare KPI reports, team productivity reports, and closing surveys for the CEO/Broker's review. Business Operations: • Ensure the smooth operation of the day-to-day business activities. • Promote team integration as well as cross-functional communication and collaboration. • Develop and maintain the Procedures Manual, and Policy Manual for brokerage and any new business acquisitions. • Manage the company’s brand & reputation. • Protect the bottom line of the organization and contribute to profitability. • Ensure proper engagement with franchise tools and services. Special Projects: • Operate at a tactical and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility. • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. • Implement ancillary service opportunities by both executing and delegating tasks, responsibilities and oversee the implementation of new services. • Obtain vendor quotes and conduct comparisons to ensure value and keep projects on budget. • Coordinate services, utilities, accounting, and vendor relations relating to new business acquisition. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred, or documented career experience and success history. • Proven experience in project management and operations. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using project management and productivity software. • Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
