    A top-performing Real Estate Team with Keller Williams in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time candidate for this important position of Operations Specialist (OS). This is a base salary plus an opportunity for additional income reporting to the Listing Account Manager. Responsibilities: • Organizational support throughout the week primarily to our Listing Department and Sales Team • Visual design consultations at upcoming listings and vendor management (driving required) • Requires listing project management, supporting listing marketing efforts, client care, streamlining taking listings to market, making deliveries, picking up supplies, etc. • Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with current, past, & prospective clients, referral agents, vendors, and team members • Qualify, hand-off, track & influence successful incoming leads and incoming and outgoing referrals • Oversee database growth, organization & "health" - accuracy, and initiatives to obtain missing information in the database Qualifications: • 2-5 years of business experience in an administrative or account management role • Knowledge of Atlanta areas (in-town) • Prefers to be "in office" for collaboration • Prefers working with systems and models • Finds fulfillment being supportive/leverage to the organization • Possesses a natural visual acuity for interior decorating/styling • Naturally fast-paced and thrives using multiple systems and tools to communicate • Valid driver's license • Reliable vehicle for transportation • Proof of vehicle insurance • Background check Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
