    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Specialist to oversee the listing and closing processes from start to finish. This critical role ensures our transactions are seamless, our listings are optimized for market success, and our clients receive world-class service. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Listing Management • Coordinate all listing activities, including gathering property details, scheduling professional photography, and creating compelling marketing materials. • Input and maintain accurate property information across MLS and other marketing platforms. • Collaborate with agents and sellers to ensure properties are market-ready and positioned for success. Transaction Coordination • Act as the central point of communication for all transaction parties, including clients, agents, lenders, and title companies. • Monitor and manage key contract deadlines, ensuring compliance and smooth progress toward closing. • Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of necessary documents throughout the transaction lifecycle. Client and Team Support • Provide proactive updates to clients and agents, ensuring they feel supported and informed. • Maintain organized and up-to-date transaction records in the CRM system for easy access and transparency. Qualifications: • Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client • Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel • Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format • Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license What We’re Looking For: • Exceptional organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Experience in transaction management, real estate operations, or related fields (preferred). • Familiarity with real estate tools such as Dotloop, Skyslope, or MLS platforms. • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is an in office position. Compensation: $33,000 - $45,000
