Responsibilities: • Provide executive support , including managing schedules, email communication, and business priorities. • Oversee CRM and database management , ensuring leads, referrals, and follow-ups are properly tracked. • Support marketing efforts and client retention initiatives , including event coordination and client follow-up. • Create and improve operational systems to ensure efficiency in transaction management, client care, and administrative workflows. • Support real estate transactions in Colorado , while preparing for eventual expansion into New Mexico (must obtain a NM real estate license within one year; reimbursement provided). • Obtain a Colorado real estate license within one year (if not already licensed). • Help track business metrics, monitor team performance, and assist in decision-making processes.Collaborate with the team to ensure accountability and smooth business operations. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and process improvement skills , with the ability to implement and refine systems. • Proactive problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies and offer solutions. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Tech-savvy , with proficiency in CRM systems, transaction management software, and project management tools. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where adaptability and problem-solving are essential. • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with the team. Compensation: $52,000 - $60,000 yearly
