    A top-performing Real Estate Team with Keller Williams in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time candidate for this important position of Operations Support Specialist (OSS). This is a base salary plus an opportunity for additional income reporting to the Listing Account Manager. Responsibilities: • Organizational support throughout the week primarily to our Listing Department and Sales Team • Requires driving to and from listings, conducting visual design consultations, managing vendors, listing project management, supporting listing marketing efforts, client care, streamlining taking listings to market, making deliveries, picking up supplies, etc. • Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with current, past, & prospective clients, referral agents, vendors, and team members • Act as a multiplier for leads and referral management • Responsible for influencing and tracking measurable growth of repeated and past client referrals, 5-star reviews, routing and tracking agent to agent referrals Qualifications: • Valid driver's license • Reliable vehicle for transportation • Proof of vehicle insurance • Background check • Detail oriented • Systems and processes driven • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Primarily in office • Track record of meeting or exceeding accountability standards for customer service calls or call conversions • Minimum 2 year in a professional work environment preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
