Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must have a valid Real Estate License • 1+ years of agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly
