Responsibilities: • Conduct face-to-face appointments with buyers and sellers to secure signed agreements through showcasing the benefits of our services • Utilize our provided platforms to efficiently complete VIP buyer/listing paperwork and promptly submit it to the administrative team • Accompany buyers on property viewings to provide assistance in finding their dream home • Maintain consistent communication with sellers to offer updates and progress reports on their property • Prepare and submit offers that are advantageous to both buyers and sellers • Expertly negotiate and present offers to sellers in order to achieve the best price and terms possible • Manage negotiations related to home inspections and due diligence matters • Review the Closing Disclosure with clients to ensure transparency and clarity • Solicit referrals and encourage clients to share reviews based on their experience Qualifications: • The candidate must have a valid driver's license for this position • To be considered, the candidate should either hold an active Real Estate License or have the capability to acquire one • Maintaining a clean record with no outstanding complaints at TREC is a fundamental requirement • An ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for sales and exhibit enthusiasm for the process of selling • Strong teamwork skills are essential as this role involves close collaboration within a tight-knit company where individual efforts significantly impact overall performance • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessity • Candidates should be open to coaching and display willingness to learn and grow • Having a goal-oriented mindset is critical for success in this position • Previous sales experience is beneficial • Motivated to serve people and help others prosper!
