Responsibilities: • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000+ at plan
