Responsibilities: • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000+ at plan
