Responsibilities: • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Outside sales lead generation • Lead follow up • Close sales • Set appointments • Execute consultations • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • A real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000+ at plan
