Responsibilities: • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Passionate about selling • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000+ at plan commissions
