Responsibilities: • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Outside sales lead generation • Lead follow up • Close sales • Set appointments • Execute consultations • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • A real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000+ at plan
