A+ Players Only!! This role's main objective is to secure contracts for properties in Birmingham AL. We are looking for motivated experienced sales professionals that can take over the existing robust pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into signed contracts. The vast majority of our leads that come in are people already looking for our solution but who will need someone to help them make a decision. Our Lead Qualifier will sort through them and set appointments for you. Success in this role will require asking pointed questions and offering valuable insights. During your conversations, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the client's motivation and goals so you can offer the best-fit solution. You must have a natural gift to talk to anyone and engage them to open up. You must be self-motivated and driven. Responsibilities: • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Achieve productivity and revenue targets while responding efficiently to seller's inquiries in order to meet the needs of our customers Qualifications: • Passionate about selling • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Compensation: $150,000+ yearly
