Commission-Based Pay Responsibilities: • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions Qualifications: • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Compensation: $75,000 at plan commission
