Responsibilities: • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Passionate about selling • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance to the office Compensation: $85,000 - $140,000 at plan
