Responsibilities: • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • Real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance to the office Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 at plan
