Responsibilities: • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Answer the phone with live connections • Nurture leads daily • Available to show homes on short notice • Available to work evenings and weekends 40+ hours a week • Attend all meetings and ongoing training • Comfortable making videos • We offer a complete in-house team ready to support you with marketing pieces, showings assistance, transactions, or any extra help you need.
