The Win Crew Real Estate Team is seeking an experienced and adaptable Marketing Associate & Content Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, in-office position. This advanced role involves managing scheduling, content creation, and photography for real estate listings, while also serving as the primary point of contact for agents. A background in photography is preferred, but we provide training for those without prior experience. Responsibilities: • Capture high-quality photos and videos for real estate listings, including interiors, exteriors, and 360-degree tours. • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents to schedule and reschedule shoots. • Keep listing marketing up to date and proactively reach out to agents for updated shoots. • Work with the transaction coordinator and agents to ensure photos are taken in time for listings to go live. • Coordinate with the photo editor to ensure timely delivery of finished photos. • Assist agents in creating social media and marketing content for property listings. Qualifications: • Flexible availability to meet the demands of the role. • Training is available for the right candidate. • Strong organizational and communication skills for managing agent interactions and schedules. Compensation: $15 per hour
