As a Real Estate Photographer, you will play a crucial role in showcasing properties to prospective buyers and renters. This role requires a keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail to produce high-quality photos that highlight each property’s best features. The ideal candidate is skilled in real estate photography, with the ability to work independently, manage their schedule, and deliver polished images on time. Responsibilities: • Photograph and video residential and commercial properties, capturing the property's best features and details • Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and quality • Create floor plans, virtual tours, and 3D models of properties using specialized software and equipment • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure their satisfaction with the final product • Maintain equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment, and ensure that they are in good working condition • Schedule appointments and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines Qualifications: • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Passionate about providing excellent customer service • Be able to be a solution-based problem solver • Must have a valid driver's license • Training provided • Photography and drone experience a plus • Adhere to Team standards for dress code and other policies Compensation: $12 hourly
