Property Rush is Chattanooga's largest single family home buyer and we are looking to add a project manager to the team who will manage the day to day responsibilities surrounding the rehab of our fix and flips and rental turn projects. This is a fast pace environment with a mixture of office and off site work that will require driving on a regular basis. We have management software you will need to familiarize yourself with along with a bid platform that you will work in daily when pricing out projects with our contractor crews. Expect to manage anywhere from 10-20 remodels and we will soon begin new construction. Bonuses will be given out every month when timelines & budgets are met. Responsibilities: • Manage multiple construction crews • Prepare & bid on projects on a daily basis • Push to complete jobs on time and on budget • Manage software programs and learn the process for flipping properties at a large scale • Lead people and teams Qualifications: • Prior construction experience or project management experience is a bonus but not required • Must be very proficient with technology including learning pm software as well as creating and implementing spreadsheets • Leadership qualities. You will be managing a lot of vendors and construction crews. Problem solving and critical thinking are imperative • Team player. We are a small team so we rely on each person to carry their weight and accomplish their tasks each week Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
