Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in real estate and construction management to oversee and execute our projects from acquisition through completion. This role will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality residential and multifamily housing developments on time, within budget, and to the specifications expected by our investors. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage large-scale construction and renovation projects, including multifamily buildings, residential properties, and manufactured housing communities. • Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction, from pre-development to close-out, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline goals. • Work closely with the acquisition team to provide input on project feasibility and necessary construction budgets. • Develop and maintain project schedules, managing timelines to ensure successful project completion. • Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other vendors. • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including investors, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies. • Ensure compliance with all local codes, regulations, and zoning requirements, with a particular understanding of Hudson Valley regulations and building requirements. • Manage project budgets, providing regular financial updates and adjustments as needed. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on multifamily buildings, residential properties, or manufactured housing. • Proven experience managing large construction projects, from planning through completion. • In-depth knowledge of construction and project management best practices. • Strong familiarity with the Hudson Valley area, including relevant building codes, regulations, and local contractors. • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Compensation: $125,000 yearly
