Qualifications: Requirements: • Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License • Perform mass daily outbound calls to convert leads • Drive Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties • Qualify properties based on condition, size, and current Real Estate market • Work closely with upper management regarding land deals, and communicate properties effectively • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Qualifications: • Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude • Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs • Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment • Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions • Detail-oriented and quality-focused • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Visit us at: www.LuxuryHomesRealty.com Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
