The ideal property manager must be able to manage a portfolio of properties and possess strong leadership and customer service skills in dealing with residents, board members, and vendors. This position will be responsible for enforcing regulations, preparing budgets and processing financial matters, and attending board meetings (day or evening). This position requires someone who has strong computer skills, is able to take initiative, is well organized, detail-oriented, and able to speak in front of large groups. Responsibilities: • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards • Respond to and follow up on tenant maintenance requests Qualifications: • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Past sales experience is preferred • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends Compensation: $31,500 - $45,000 yearly
