Responsibilities: • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling Compensation: $54,000 - $62,000 yearly
