Responsibilities: • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly Qualifications: • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • High School Diploma or GED required • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service Compensation: $60,000 yearly
