The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue. Responsibilities: • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases Qualifications: • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • Some weekend and evening hours required • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • High School Diploma or equivalent Key traits: • Self-starter • Good communicator • Detail oriented • Organized • Problem solver • Team player • Results Driven • Able to work within 30/60/90 goals Technical needs: • Quickbooks experience required • AppFolio experience preferred • Apple Product experience is preferred • Google software experience preferred • Experience with Asana and Slack preferred Must be able to commute and have dependable transportation. Must have at least 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or construction. Must be able to work a half day every other Saturday. Compensation: $50,000 - $56,000
