  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a highly driven & friendly office receptionist and administrator! You’ll oversee office operations, streamline systems, and ensure our administrative support accurately follows office policies. The ideal candidate is a good communicator who thrives on various tasks— an organized, efficient leader who enjoys interacting with people. Responsibilities: Answer incoming office calls and assist callers promptly and professionally. • Courteously welcome and assist all office guests. • Manage calendar events, team meetings, training, and other events, i.e., preparing materials, coordinating venues, etc. • Ensure all agents and brokerage licenses are in compliance at all times. • Keep reception, conference, breakroom, and storage areas neat and stocked with supplies. • Gather information on incoming leads and distribute them to the proper channels. • Check and distribute incoming mail daily / Notify agents and staff if they have received mail or packages. • Collect & scan earnest monies and closing documents. • Agent Onboarding & Removal. • Help organize and facilitate company events, including but not limited to holiday parties, company activations in the community, and more. • Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards. Qualifications: • Familiarity with Google Suite. • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent. • 1+ year of administrative experience. • Must possess problem-solving and communication skills. • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Must reside in Middle TN - report to the office daily. Compensation: $57,000 - $60,000 yearly
