This person will be based mostly out of our Summerville location and the go-to person for all things agent development in that location. Responsibilities: • Recruit sales associates - interview, select, hire • Hold 40 agent recruiting appointments per month • Recruit sales associates - interview, select, hire • Consult and coach a selected group of the top real estate agents in the market center • Work with the growth team to ensure efficiency in agent attraction • Support agents in the integration of KW systems, models, and technology to more efficiently grow their businesses • Learn and teach the models of KW to empower our people to build big businesses • Work with the CEO and Team Leader to grow agent businesses and market center agent count Qualifications: • GRIT • Desire to constantly challenge the status quo • Extraordinary people skill • Compassion and objective mindset • Massively learning based • Above-average recruiting skills • Track record of exceptional sales experience Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
