Compensation • Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000. • OTE: $140,000 (Profit Sharing, Hire Bonuses) • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period Responsibilities: As the Real Estate Recruiter , you will be responsible for growing our team of high-performing agents while maintaining a positive and productive office culture. Key duties include: • Recruit top talent : Identify, recruit, and hire high-potential real estate agents on a weekly basis. • Promote Market Center value : Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of our office to prospective agents. • Conduct training and onboarding : Assist new agents in successfully transitioning into our office and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. • Lead regular meetings : Host weekly sales and business development sessions to keep agents engaged and informed. • Staff management : Oversee staff professionalism and performance, ensuring they support agents effectively. • Analyze market trends : Research local competition and adjust recruitment and marketing strategies accordingly. • Performance reviews : Conduct regular reviews with agents and staff to maintain accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications: • 2–3 years of proven success in real estate or recruiting, with a passion for building high-performing teams. • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, particularly within residential sales. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Goal-oriented with a talent for setting clear expectations and holding yourself and others accountable. • Ability to analyze key metrics and implement strategic improvements. • Proficiency in computer systems, including MLS and basic financial reporting.
