You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually • On Target Earnings: $300,0000+ Based on Performance • Benefits: • Eligible for company benefits after 90 days • Paid Time Off and Sick Leave • Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance • 401(k) Program: Eligible after 1 year • Mobile Phone Stipend Responsibilities: • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available • Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected Qualifications: • Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Great at time management and organization • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Must have a college degree Compensation: $300,0000+ Based on Performance
