Responsibilities: • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private • Utilize our lists to call successful agents daily to set appointments for recruitment opportunities. • Provide daily updates on opportunities, appointments set, and appointments met. • Strong interpersonal skills, ready to engage agents across the Carolinas. • Thrives on a fast-paced, active day engaging agents on the phone and using follow-up processes to ensure connection. • Set up daily interviews for managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team, culture, and offices. • Find new talent for our offices and encourage them to join RE/MAX Executive through phone calls, emails, appointments/interviews, and other forms of communication. • Strong communication skills are important. Qualifications: • Knowledge of real estate industry trends, key players, and competitive landscape preferred. • Proven track record of successfully setting appointments through phone calls. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
